Sea Breeze is a modern self catering apartment, from the lounge, main bedroom and balcony you have the most spectacular views of the Bloubergstrand beach, ocean, Table Mountain, Cape Town and Robben Island, which makes staying in "Sea Breeze" a wonderful experience. For both business and pleasure visits, this flat offers beauty, comfort and position.
Right next door are various sit-down and take-away restaurants where you can take your meal onto the beach and watch the beautiful sunsets. There are 2 modern gyms (Virgin Active and Planet Fitness), 2 shopping malls with movie theatres and a variety of restaurants. The world famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, spectacular Table Mountain and vibrant city centre can be seen across the bay. One of South Africa's largest shopping malls, Canal Walk, is only a short drive away and will offer entertainment for the whole family.
Sleeping accommodation for maximum 4 persons in 2 bedrooms. Main bedroom has queen bed and twin beds in second bedroom. A kitchen with all the equipment you'll need including cutlery, crockery, stove/oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge. There is also a lounge/dining room, bathroom (with shower and bath supplied with bath towels but no beach towels) and the balcony (including outdoor chairs and table) from which to enjoy the stunning view. A secure private parking garage under the building is included.
For those seeking more of what Cape Town has to offer there is plenty more entertainment such as Casinos, nightclubs (both in Blouberg and Cape Town), theatres, hiking trails, Kirstenbosch Gardens, the wine routes, water and adventure sports.

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
